Happy birthday to my baby brother Loren. Well, he was a baby in this picture. I must have just taken a break from reading to him a great book by Beverly Cleary, "Ribsy".

You WERE both so cute! I wonder what ever happened to the horse lamp? I'll bet it would be worth some money today.
Were? That is another good shot though I have to admit. I looked at it this morning but it took 'til now to realize where the picture was taken. Did we not have a TV yet? 'Cause that horse is where the TV should be right? I don't know about it being worth any money. Maybe a dollar. Not a real fashionable existence back then eh?
