Bobolinks

Bobolinks. They're not endangered, or even threatened. But they are considered a "species at risk". They are a grassland nesting bird and their habitat suffers because of earlier hay harvests. It's one of the species that I have been trying to attract. I don't ever recall seeing them before. So I was really pleased when we saw this nesting pair. Yes, I saw their nest with eggs.
